Beaconsfield Childrens Hub Testimonials.

Couldn’t fault the centre, I have had 2 children in the centre now for the past 4 years & the staff & the care my children receive everyday is just exceptional. Sharelle & Kerry the centre management go above & beyond to accomodate yours and your child’s needs & with 2 house moves in those 4 years now resulting me in travelling & passing several closer centres, we would not attend anywhere else & Couldn’t be happier at Beaconsfield children’s hub 😊

‘The thought of returning to work and leaving my daughter was so daunting and overwhelming, but the second I walked into the BCH I instantly felt at ease! All the staff and educators are so caring and nurturing and I feel so lucky to be part of the BCH family!’

I would strongly recommend Beaconsfield Children's Hub to any families in and surrounding Beaconsfield. The staff are very caring and in tune with each child's specific needs. My daughter has grown so much since starting here and fostered such strong and trusting relationships with the other children and her teachers. It's been a delight seeing her blossom under their care, making the transition back to work for me far less stressful.

Sharrelle, the centre director is very helpful with any questions or queries and always prompt to reply as well as highly understanding of any circumstances that could impact on the well being of the child. The centre has a lot of family inclusive activities, not just for parents but extended family also, which my daughter has loved being able to bring her Grandparents to and show them all the fun things she gets up to daily.

Since 2015, both of my children have spent time at BCH. After my eldest started primary school and moving away from the area, I decided to transfer my daughter to another service closer to home. After only a few sessions, I decided to return my daughter to BCH as I felt the new location was no where near as good as BCH--and I'm so glad that I did!! Over the years at BCH I have found all of the staff to be approachable, professional, caring and friendly towards my self, children and visitors. I truly always felt comfortable leaving my children in their capable care.

My children absolutely love the educators there. Their educators have attended my kids so well--from assisting my youngest with toilet training to preparing my eldest for a school. The educators always have a few minutes to chat and listen to any concerns I had. As a parent, I always felt that they listened to me and took the time to build a relationship with my children. The lovely ladies in administration were always so accommodating when I needed to book extra sessions or shuffle our care requirements around.

My very fussy daughter enjoys their freshly cooked meals and fresh healthy fruit and snack options. Myself and my children love the outdoor play area. It's an interesting, natural fun play space for the children. I'd recommend this service to any other family that is seeking a long day care centre that is friendly, educational and does everything they can to make us feel a part of their community.

"My two boys have attended Beaconsfield Children's Hub since 2014. My youngest son started in the babies room and has worked his way through to the Kinder room. Both boys have really enjoyed going to the Hub and always looked forward to the days they attended.
They both made friends and my eldest son made a friend he still keeps in touch with even though they now go to different primary schools. He was sad to go on his last day at the hub as he'd been friends with some of the kids since they were in the toddler room together. They have both had great relationships with the staff and formed close bonds, particularly with their respective kinder teachers. There has been consistency with the staff over the years which can be an issue with childcare centres, and many of the staff have been there since we started attending almost six years ago.

I love that the children are always served freshly prepared, healthy food which is made on the premises by the wonderful Sal. There is variety in the menu and allergies can be catered for too. I also love that the outdoor space is a natural setting with trees and garden boxes where the kids grow herbs and veggies which they then prepare and eat. The kids love getting outside and exploring nature, learning about the bugs they find in the garden. They're always stimulated and challenged which is really important, particularly for kids who attend full time.

I'm not sure who will miss the hub more when my youngest goes off to school in 15 months time, me or him!" Cheers,

Annie

As most new parents, we deliberated the idea of going back to work at length and I'll be honest, the idea of childcare scared me! All the usual concerns 'how will they get him to nap', 'what will they do if he cries', 'will they treat him well', 'will he come home every week sick and covered in germs'. I was fortunate enough to get a recommendation for Beaconsfield Hub and have honestly never looked back! I have not had to worry about anything! Although the carers ensured me that he would be absolutely fine, it still shocked me how well my boy, 11mnths at the time, settled in, I look forward to our childcare days knowing 100% that he is well looked after, well fed and happy. What we love most about the centre is the people and the down to earth nature of the centre, from the management team down they r all such happy, genuine, hard working people and an absolute joy to share our parenting journey with. I honestly cld not recommend this centre enough!
